This Slotter machine is setup to center slot brake pads and perform a maximum of 1 slot per brake pad. Slot depth is adjustable depending on the customer’s specifications.
Standard Features
The slotting machine is equipped with a variable-speed table. The speed is adjustable for finer cuts or greater production speeds.
The machine is semi-automatic. An operator must place the parts on the fixtures in the correct orientation. The fixtures are attached to a screw feed table that will carry the parts through the cutting zone.
